The following are benefits of All Irish/ Immersion education to both Gaelscoil and non-Gaelscoil students:

• Most successful approach to Irish-language acquisition.

• Higher Leaving Certificate attainment levels, ‘These students capture most of the places in teacher-training, medicine, dentistry and law,..’(Irish Times, 26th Nov.2013) • Increases the ability to learn further languages.

• Bonus points at both Junior and Leaving Certificate.

• Higher grades at Leaving Certificate Irish.

• Cognitive advantages of increased creativity and sensitivity to communication.

Not a Gaelscoil student, you too can benefit from an all-Irish education. Beginning your Post-Primary education through the medium of Irish is made easier in the supportive and encouraging atmosphere that exists at Gaelcholáiste Dáibhís.
